ugh, who knew drawing lil cards of people would be soooo tiring?!
Anyway I finally sent out most of the comics to the folks that helped out on my kickstarter, so you should be getting em in the mail soon if not already. That is unless I'm supposed to draw you, that'll take me a couple dayzzzzz.

I've been hacking away at this comic called REBOOT that's written by Sam Maiden and writing issue 2 of DAYGLOAYHOLE, so lot's comin down the pike!

For real things haven't been the same since Bill Watterson left the game. I may punctuate this evening with pouring out some Frosted Sugar Bombs for my homie.

On another note; I finally got around to posting DAYGLOAYHOLE issue one to my super lame-o esty site. You can get you the first DAYGLOAYHOLE mini-comic there too. MMR called it "full of bone-headed violence," so you know it's a hoot.

And I'm depressed and thought it was wacky, which can help sometimes.

It did not.

I was pretty sure the asteroid was going to smack us and when it didn't getting out of bed got inexplicably harder. Though the self-obession in my comic is (largely) hyperbole, I think it actually manifests itself the most in my millennialism. I'm convinced my life will be cut short by a wild cataclysm (definitely a pokemon), or Gigan (recently started researching Godzilla villians), or maybe just a standard celestial missile from the ether. Why? Because I need to believe I won't (even though I will) die in a banal and embarrassing way.....as most people do.

Sorry, no punchline. I'm actually just really depressed. Even the sound of traffic outside my window makes me want to cry. Soon I will eat ice cream, get in a shoving match at a punk show with some 17 year old oogle, and maybe have an early night.

That's means we get a little more time to avoid reflecting on the poor choices we've made in our lives. Personally I will spend tomorrow listening to old DMX tracks and scribbling insulting things in all the Crimethinc books I can find.
