I posted a new song on the ol youtube channel. I think I need a microphone, I've reached a point of frustration with my computers crap speakers. I also posted a song, those of you that visited and or downloaded the songs on my band camp site have already heard it. Hopefully I can trick a friend of mine to record me proper.

I'M TURNING 29 SOON, and thus have been going over the latter part of my 20's and figuring out what led to my enviable future, living in an abandoned house, drawing illegible apocalyptic comix on paper towel with fried chicken grease and mumbling about Bakunin. So New Olreans is still behind in most ways. I don't really care really, most places that are lagging behind modernity stay fun longer. There are a precious few places you can still have fun in America with a gallon of lighter fluid, PVC pipe, Mountain Dew, and 15 cents. One bummer is that we don't have much of a comix scene, one of many things Seattle has on us. One man, ironically called Caesar, has been working hard to put out an annual free comics anthology for last few years. There's been two issues, all beautifully printed. Everyone sort of works for free, including Caesar, but this year he wanted to try and kick the vast number of contributors (including yours truly) some cash in exchange for our hard won comix. This printing costs also come our of Caesar's pocket, which is a bit much on a security guards salary. I suggested we rob yuppies in the French Quarter by threatening to take they're daiquiris away, but Caesar pointed out our hands would get cold so we scratched it, and of course they'd see Caesar's name on his uniform and we'd be done for.

I'm sure by now you've guessed this is an appeal for money, and it is. It would be cool if ya'll kicked in a dollar so we can keep printing this awesome anthology in our burning hellish isle of oil slicks and deep-fried sausage. After all isn't worth having comix come out of a place that isn't nice for once!? Pessimism is reason enough, but not so much that you question the validity of print media in a digital world. Don't think about that. Stop it thinking about it. Stop it.

Also I'll be selling some reprints of DAYGLOAYHOLE issue one.

Pretty soon some drawings I did of chicken headed scumbags holding exploding garbage cans will be up for auction for Feastmagazine. So I'll let ya'll knows about that.

I'm gonna try record some new songs soon if I can get my act together, until then you can download some tracks on my NG profile or at bandcamp page for free. There are a couple covers and one song on the bandcamp that I didn't upload here.

so I can get some lay-down time! No no, just joshing ya'll. Summer shenanigans is keeping me from important work and my life long pint of Ben and Jerry's addiction has me in harsh stomach pains. Lactose intolerance be damned! So basically I'm a spinning hunched over mess of anxiety. Business as usual.

Hey ya'll

I added a new DAYGLOAYHOLE comic page! HUZZAZEL! I also uploaded another little song in the audio section. Let me know what ya'll think. My nana found this banjo that was made in 1927 and gave it to me a couple months ago. Apparently it belonged to her friends mother who used to tear around on a motorcycle and jam ragtime songs on it! So that's pretty killer, hopefully it won't be totally bored with it's new owner.
